- We are currently looking for experienced dirt moving operators that can operate a variety of different earth moving equipment.
- For example: Dozers, Excavators, Haul Truck, Pad Foot Rollers, Tractor & Pans.
- GPS knowledge is desired.
- Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment, and clean, lubricate and refill equipment as necessary
- Sheer operating experience for clearing trees, experience in earthwork excavation, site demolition, roadways.
- Preferred experience reading blueprints and grades.
- Work with ground personnel and assist with groundwork, if necessary, in the excavation process.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 90 lbs. Must be able to climb and squat.
- Individual must be able to work in inclement weather conditions and ensures safety practices are followed.
- Expected hours: 45 – 50 per week.
- We are currently looking for experienced concrete workers and finishers who will be responsible for placing, finishing, and protecting concrete.
- 3 years of concrete finishing experience preferred.
- Experience in Flat Work, Curb Work, Concrete Cap Repairs.
- Trial-Machine work desired and ability to read blueprints is beneficial.
- Ability to take flat work pour from prep to completion. Place and finish concrete of any type; Trowel, Broom, Exposed.
- Uses Levels: site, laser, transit etc. to set grades on flatwork. Uses soft-cut saw effectively and safely.
- Knowledge and expertise in using a bull float, edger, broom finish.
- Patch and finish any type of repair work to meet quality standards.
- Assist in setting up forms in which concrete is poured as directed.
- Individual must be able to work in inclement weather conditions and ensures safety practices are followed.
- We are currently seeking a Heavy Equipment Lube Technician with 1-2 years’ experience who is familiar with diesel engines on Heavy Equipment.
- Familiar with fleet maintenance software to show completed work orders & keep track of your daily work.
- Be familiar with electrical systems.
- Experience with changing oil filters in different types of Heavy Equipment.
- Ability to frequently work in an outdoor environment, exposed to all weather elements, including hot and cold temperatures and dusty and loud conditions.
- Schedule: 2nd shift – 2:00pm to 11:00pm, Monday to Friday
- Ensure safety practices are followed.
- We are currently seeking an Experienced Heavy Equipment Mechanic with a minimum of 10 years’ experience who is familiar with Off-Road Heavy Equipment.
- Must be able to drive a manual service truck
- CDL Preferred – or ability to train and receive CDL
- An individual who is proficient in diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues, specifically with Caterpillar, John Deere, and Komatsu diagnostic system
- Able to perform engine swaps, rebuild engines at company discretion, repair and maintain engines, transmissions, hydraulic systems, and other mechanical components.
- Able to rebuild hydraulic lines, install hoses, read electrical schematics, and must have previous knowledge of Tier IV emissions requirements.
- Ensure safety practices are followed.
- With this position, there is exposure to noise, heat, dust, and fumes as found in a repair facility.
- We are currently looking for 1- 3 years of experience in this industry, utility pipe work, trench boxes, patching manholes & other utility services.
- Ability to be versatile to also work with the dirt division on projects when needed.
- Preferred experience using pipe lasers, rotating lasers, transits, and performing sewer & water taps/ repairs.
- Assist as required in all manual labor aspects of the project as directed by the Crew Leader, Foreman, or Superintendent while working in a team setting.

- We are looking for a Surveyor to join our team that will coordinate with Project Managers, Superintendents, Foremen, and other surveyors to complete projects and meet quality standards.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the Excavating/Construction Industry.
- Minimum 1 year experience with Trimble products and related surveying equipment or have relative experience.
- Certificate or associate’s degree in surveying technology.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans.
- Familiarity with Works Manager, Carlson programing, Civil 3D, or similar drafting software.
- Proven experience operating a Trimble Robotic Total Station, Data Collectors, Transit, Laser Level, or similar equipment.
- Proficiency in using surveying software and data transfer tools.
- Ability to perform site topographic surveys on existing conditions and calibrate sites. Also set up control points to ensure accurate project execution.
- Drafting experience and ensuring equipment is calibrated and functions correctly.
- Ability to operate and maintain the Trimble Robotic Total Station for precise surveying and construction layout tasks.
- We are seeking a Utility Division Foreman who will be responsible for overseeing a crew that works directly installing water, sewer, and storm utilities.
- A Class-A CDL is desired.
- The ideal candidate must be able to read prints, develops work-around procedures for maintaining crew productivity during delays caused by other trades, customer, lack of materials, absenteeism, etc.
- Ensures safety practices are observed by all crews during their work, monitors quality assurance and ensures installations meet customer specification and industry standards.
- Experience (2+ years) in trench shoring & installing water, sewer, and storm utilities.
- Must have experience running a crew of 4 to 5.
- Equipment operating experience running an excavator, trencher, dozer etc.
- Individual must be able to work in inclement weather conditions.
- Expected hours: 45 – 50 per week.
- We are currently looking for experienced utility operators who have a thorough working knowledge of utility construction and installation for utilities, water, sewer & storm.
- Experience using trench shoring equipment and experience using a variety of different sizes of excavators.
- Ability to grade slopes, bench cut, shoot grade, etc.
- Preferred experience reading blueprints and grades.
- Ability to complete rough grading, qualified to dig trenches, benching, and backfilling.
- Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment, and clean, lubricate and refill equipment as necessary
- Work with ground personnel and assist with groundwork, if necessary, in the excavation and installation process of laying pipe online and grade.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 90 lbs. Must be able to climb and squat.
- Individual must be able to work in inclement weather conditions and ensures safety practices are followed.
